Return Process

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Times

To receive a full refund, cancel your booking according to the following schedule:

Standard services: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
Premium services: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
Group events: Cancel at least 72 hours before the event

Refund Structure

The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made:

Full refund (100%): Cancellation within the required time
Partial refund (50%): Cancellation less than required time, but more than 2 hours before service
No refund (0%): Cancellation less than 2 hours before service or no-show

Important: You will receive cancellation confirmation within 2 hours. Keep this as proof.

Cancellation Exceptions

The following situations have special conditions:

Force majeure events: Full refund regardless of timing (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
Medical emergencies: Full refund with appropriate documentation
Service provider cancellations: Full refund and compensation if needed
